Once the design process begins, you will receive a project briefing to fill out via email. A research report will be written and emailed back to you along with three very different concepts in a pdf. Based on feedback, the artwork files will be refined and finalized. Various commercial and office print file formats (and web versions if needed) will be compiled in a folder for you to download, or they will be stored on a usb drive/cd/dvd and mailed to you, depending on your preferences.
